With a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, he built his foundation at a local engineering firm while pursuing creative side projects. He later founded Koludro Create to bring both worlds together. Today, he leads a team to create high quality architectural, engineering, and design drawings for custom homes, retail spaces, restaurants, and more.

COO
Leading strategy and operations at the intersection of design and construction. With over a decade of experience across operations, client accounts, and large-scale projects, she translates vision into structured execution. Known for building trusted partnerships with designers, builders, and vendors to ensure clarity and an exceptional client experience.
BRENT
Director of Building Services
A mechanical engineer by trade, Brent blends engineering precision and architectural creativity into detailed designs that bring ideas to life. He lives a minimalist, adventurous lifestyle with his wife in their tiny home on wheels. When he is not designing, you will find Brent outdoors biking, hiking, skiing, or spending quality time with family.

Interior Designer
With Katie’s degree in Interior Architecture & Design and industry experience of 12 years, she provides a detail oriented and client focused experience, delivering high quality, customized design solutions that enhance functionality and aesthetics. Katie’s goal is to create a unique space that reflects the client’s personality and improves quality of life.

A highly skilled and creative architectural designer, Austin is proficient in translating client visions into functional, sustainable, and visually compelling designs. Always ready to challenge himself, he looks forward to applying his creative process towards new solutions.

Gabi brings a sophisticated global perspective to our team as a licensed architect in Brazil. Now serving as an Architectural Designer for our firm, she combines international design standards with technical precision. Her expertise ensures that our projects are both creatively inspired and structurally sound.

Architectural Designer
A licensed architect in the Philippines and a Master Plumber, Tedd offers a rare blend of design vision and technical mastery. He specializes in creating highly accurate architectural sets with a focus on functional, real-world building systems. His dual expertise ensures every project is delivered with precise, "field-ready" documentation.
JAMES
Construction Visions
James has an extensive background in project management with the energy industry, involving both renewables as well as oil & gas. He is also a licensed attorney who has a passion for technology. You can find James leading the push for integration of new technology in design & construction such as drone imagery & LiDAR 3D scanning.

With a background in project management and an MBA in Sustainability, Clay leads our firm’s commitment to technical excellence. As CTO, he focuses on the design and implementation of custom software and emerging tech to redefine our internal workflows. Clay provides our team the tools they need to deliver world-class results.
